喀麥隆林業(yè)公司近兩年創(chuàng)造稅收已超過(guò)一千億中非金融合作法郎

    喀麥隆商業(yè)網(wǎng)（Business in Cameroon）2020年11月4日消息，該國(guó)林業(yè)公司在2018年至2019年創(chuàng)造的稅收為1 003億中非金融合作法郎（XAF100.3 billion，合1.529億歐元）。其中在2018年為509億中非金融合作法郎，在2019年為494億中非金融合作法郎。

　　林業(yè)公司的付款明細(xì)表顯示，年度森林稅（annual forest tax）是他們?cè)诖似陂g支付的主要特定稅款。根據(jù)稅收總局（the Directorate General of Taxes，DGI）的數(shù)據(jù)，2018年的征稅總額為159億中非金融合作法郎，占其總稅收收入的31.2％。2019年，這些數(shù)字下降了5％，至151億中非金融合作法郎。

　　稅務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)的解釋是：“每年森林稅的略有下降主要是由于某些砍伐面積銷售的到期（primarily due to the expiration of some Sales of Felling Areas，SFA）以及其他部分的不續(xù)期（non-renewal of others）。此外，還有原因在于常設(shè)木材拍賣分配許可證的情況（there is the case of permits allocated through standing timber auctions），在此過(guò)程中的出價(jià)低于由專門的部際委員會(huì)分配許可時(shí)的出價(jià)（a process during which financial bids are lower than those offered when the permits are to be allocated by the dedicated Interministerial Commission）?！?/P>
